Bhiwani (Haryana), Oct 30, 2026 (ANI): Haryana CM Nayab Saini hailed PM-KISAN Scheme on release of 24th instalment on Oct 30. “Today, on the occasion of the release of this 24th instalment, I welcome you all. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is releasing this instalment from Banaskantha. He ensures that instalments are transferred directly into the accounts of the nation's farmers consistently, every four months. I am pleased to recall that 7 years ago, on February 24, 2019—from the sacred soil of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh—our Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scheme that has redefined the relationship between the nation's farmers and the government. That scheme is the 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi.' It was on that day, for the first time on a nationwide scale, that PM Modi established a system to deliver financial support—the 'Samman Nidhi'—directly into the farmers' bank accounts...,” said Nayab Singh Saini.
