Heavy snowfall in Shimla disrupts normal life

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), Jan 31 (ANI): Heavy snowfall has disrupted normal life in parts of Himachal Pradesh. The locals and tourists in Shimla are experiencing difficulties following heavy snowfall. Vehicles and residences are engulfed in snow. "My car is covered in snow for over a week now. Roads are slippery and driving is extremely difficult on these roads," local said.
