Homeless people move to night shelters as winters get chilly in national capital

New Delhi, Dec 23 (ANI): Due to snowfall in parts of North India, temperature has dropped down in Delhi. Homeless people spent the night at shelter home set up at Sarai Kale Khan area. These government-supported night shelters have become heaven for homeless people. They are provided with free blankets, pillows. Delhi is continuously reeling under cold wave.
