HP: Vasant Panchami celebrated in Kullu with great fervour

Kullu (Himachal Pradesh), Feb 06 (ANI): Vasant Panchami was celebrated on February 05 with great fervour and gaiety in Himachal Pradesh. The festival was celebrated at Rath Maidan of Dhalpur in Kullu. “Basant Panchami marks the start of the festival of 'Holi' which will be celebrated after 40 days. Rath Yatra was organised here, everyone is filled with joy,” said a local.
