‘Important to teach lesson’: Nirbhaya’s mother after Delhi HC dismisses convict’s plea

New Delhi, 19 Dec (ANI): Asha Devi, mother of Nirbhaya, on December 19 said that it is important to teach lessons to her daughter’s rapists after the Delhi High Court dismissed convict Pawan Kumar’s plea in which he claimed he was a juvenile at the time of the crime, and thus should be treated as such. Speaking on this, Nirbhaya’s Mother Asha Devi said, “I welcome today's decision. It is very important to teach lesson to such people. I am happy.”
