‘IndAus ECTA’: Agreement expected to almost double bilateral trade in next 5 years, says Piyush Goyal

New Delhi, Apr 02 (ANI): India has decided to remove the trade barriers which will lead to a doubling of trade in the future that'll have great potential for labour-oriented sectors, said Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal on April 02. “We are removing trade barriers which will lead to doubling of trade in the future that'll have great potential for labour-oriented sectors. ‘IndAus ECTA’ is expected to take bilateral trade from the existing USD 27 billion to nearly double in next 5 years,” he said. “India-Australia will look at a work and holiday visa arrangement for promoting tourism between the two countries”, he further said.
