Jaipur/Jodhpur (Rajasthan) December 6 (ANI): The Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot virtually inaugurated the newly-constructed Advocate Building of Bar Council of Rajasthan in Jodhpur from his residence in Jaipur. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the Constitution has provided a basic right to justice. The advocate community has an important role in providing speedy and fair justice to every aggrieved person according to this right. “Advocates should further strengthen the concept of the fundamental right to justice while discharging their responsibility as an important link in the society,” said CM. The CM Gehlot expressed that country's judiciary is the protector of the Constitution. Executive, judiciary and legislature, all three are bound by constitutional responsibility. If one of these links is weak, then democracy gets weak. The Chief Minister said that a large number of pending cases, vacant posts of judges and delay in justice are matters of concern in various courts of the country. "Justice delayed is justice denied. There should be a national level of thinking to solve this problem. The people of the country have maximum faith in the justice system and this credibility should be maintained for the strength of democracy,” he added.
