New Delhi, Sep 10 (ANI): Speaking from the platform of Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in Delhi on Sept 10, Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India is reassuring its leadership in contributing to a secure and prosperous region. “It's certainly an exciting time to witness continued rise of new India, a country which is both ancient and modern,” she said.
