India urges Ukraine-Russia to have local ceasefire for smooth evacuation of people

New Delhi, Mar 04 (ANI): Amid Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi March 04 urged Ukraine and Russia to have a local ceasefire so evacuation of Indians can be done smoothly. “(Evacuation) It looks difficult without a ceasefire.
