Indo-Israel trade nears USD 8 Billion mark: Envoy Gilon

Chandigarh, Dec 08 (ANI): The Embassy of Israel in India collaborated with TiE Chandigarh to provide mentorship to Indian start-ups in the field of sustainability and help them build skills to upscale their business capabilities. This project further strengthened the business and economic ties between both countries. While speaking to ANI, he said that when we started full diplomatic relations 30 years ago, we were $200 million in trade. So now we are close to $8 billion. About 300 Israeli companies have invested in India. In Pune, Amdocs Israeli company is the biggest Israeli employee here with around 14,000 Indian employees.”
