Varanasi (UP), Sep 29 (ANI): Heavy rains in Varanasi have thrown normal life out of gear as water-logging was witnessed in several parts of UP’s Varanasi. Relentless rains in the district has led to administration ordering the closure of all the schools and colleges. Commuters are also facing problems due to the prevailing situation.
