It was political decision, IAF was ready with plan: BS Dhanoa on ‘Govt rejected plans to strike Pak’

Chandigarh, Dec 28 (ANI): Former Air Force chief Birender Singh Dhanoa spoke to ANI on his earlier statement 'Government rejected Air Force plans to strike Pakistan after Parliament attack, 26/11' and asserted that IAF had the plan ready, but it was a political decision. “After the J&K Assembly attack, from 2001 onwards IAF had prepared a plan on how to strike terrorist camps. Indian Air Force always had the plan ready; we had the position strike capability. It was a political decision, we looked at ourselves as whether we are technically capable or not,” said BS Dhanao
