Indo-China border (Uttarakhand), Feb 28 (ANI): ‘Himveers’ of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) were seen playing volleyball at 15,000 feet at a Border Outpost in Uttarakhand along the China border at minus 20 degrees Celsius on February 28.
