New Delhi, Dec 09 (ANI): In a step that will upgrade the cab services for the G20 delegates and other foreign tourists, the India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) is training cab drivers involved in ferrying the delegates to speak different languages. The step has been taken to especially curb the language barrier between the G20 delegates and cab drivers assisting them during the summits. But the move will also assist cab drivers to gain more confidence with other foreign tourists. Around 300 cab drivers have been trained so far where they are being taught German and French. More languages will be added as well. Along with languages, the cab drivers are also polishing themselves with more etiquettes to deal with the delegates. The move is a smart one to make the visit of the delegates much easier.
