J-K administration upgrades drinking water infrastructure in Anantnag

Anantnag (J-K), April 22 (ANI): Largest Water Reservoir Tank and Bore Well construction are in full swing at Brenti Bat Pora village in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. It aims at enhancing and upgrading the drinking water infrastructure in South Kashmir. It is being constructed by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) with a total cost of about 744.50 lakhs. The Brenti Bat Pora Water Supply scheme comprises about 8 habitations and 9,000 people will be directly benefited. This prestigious project will give relief to adjacent villages as it was a long pending demand of the villagers who were facing drinking water problems during summers.
