J-K: Army Vice Chief Lt Gen BS Raju attends ‘North Tech Symposium 2022’ in Udhampur

Udhampur (J and K), May 07 (ANI): Vice Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen BS Raju attended ‘North Tech Symposium 2022’ in the Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir on May 07. ‘Made-In-India’ Defence-related equipment and gadgets were showcased at the exhibition organised at the Symposium. The 2-day ‘North Tech Symposium-2022’ was being organised by Northern Command of the Army from May 06-07 in Udhampur as Command’s Atmanirbharta Drive. Speaking to ANI, BS Raju said, “There’s a sense of enthusiasm among developers and the startup community here. We will be doing procurement that’ll enhance our soldiers’ capabilities. Key technologies pertaining to soldiers’ needs will be coming in the next few years.” North Tech Symposium is aimed at identifying the products and technologies that cater to the Intelligence, Surveillance & Recce (ISR), Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence and Information realm.
