J-K: DoWP conducts Asian Waterbird Census 2022 in Pulwama

Pulwama (J&K), Mar 08 (ANI): Asian Waterbird Census 2022 was conducted by the Department of Wildlife Protection (DoWP). The census was organised with the collaboration of the Wildlife Conservation Fund (WCF). The aim of this census is to identify the current status of these wetlands and to check the population fluctuation of water birds during winter migration. The purpose of the census is to give the exact data of migratory birds every year.
