J-K: Sheep Husbandry department distributes free sheep units to tribal youths at Anantnag

Anantnag (J-K), Mar 15 (ANI): To encourage sheep rearing among tribal youths, Sheep Sheep Husbandry of Jammu and Kashmir have distributed free sheep units to educated unemployed tribal youths under Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) in Anantnag. Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) aimed to bridge the gap between the Schedule Tribes (STs) and the general population with respect to all socio-economic development indicators in a time-bound manner. The beneficiaries lauded the initiatives and demanded for more such programmes for creating employment opportunities in the Valley.
