Jamia protest: Security beefed up to control law and order

New Delhi, Feb 10 (ANI): Delhi Police beefed up security to manage law and order condition for the Jamia Coordination Committee protest in New Delhi on February 10. While talking on deployment of security on the protest area, DCP (South East) Rajendra Prasad Meena said, "We have sufficient numbers of male and women force, we are trying to talk to people, they promised that they will maintain peace during the protest."Jamia Coordination Committee staged protest march to Parliament on February 10. They protested against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC) and National Population Register (NPR). A large number of demonstrators came out on streets to protest.
