Janmashtami: Amit Shah offers prayers at ISKCON Temple in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Aug 31 (ANI): Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited ISKCON Temple in Ahmedabad on the occasion of Janmashtami. He offered prayers to Lord Krishna on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami. The Union Home Minister also performed ‘Jalabhishek’ at the temple. Janmashtami is celebrated every year to mark the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna. Believers observe the day by keeping a fast and praying at the temples.
