J&K: LG Manoj Sinha attends ‘Kissan Sampark Abhiyan’ programme in Budgam

Budgam (J&K), May 16 (ANI): J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended ‘Kissan Sampark Abhiyan’ programme in Budgam. Kissan Sampark Abhiyan was organised by the Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Department in the Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. It was a first-of-its-kind massive farmer’s orientation exercise. It is a part of the recently launched Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP). The purpose of the initiative was to reach out to farmers in each and every panchayat of the Union Territory. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha also interacted with the farmers of the Hardpanzoo areas and gave them awareness about the Kissan Sampark Abhiyan schemes. The participants also took part in the programme and listened to the Lieutenant Governor who was speaking about this scheme.
