Srinagar (J&K) Oct 31 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Police Parade was held at Police Complex on the occasion of National Unity Day in Srinagar on October 31. In this parade, a pledge was taken by Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbagh Singh to uphold the unity of the country and contribute to its internal security. The contingents took march past and gave a national salute to the flag. DGP Dilbagh Singh said, “National Unity Day is being celebrated in different parts of the country today. Everybody (police personnel) has pledged to uphold the unity of the country and contribute to its internal security on the occasion of National Unity Day. Pakistan's nefarious designs are not hidden from anybody. In the past few years, they have started playing a new game of using drones to smuggle weapons, narcotics and IEDs. It's being done in collaboration with Pakistan agencies.”
