J&K: Residents thrilled to get permanent road after 25 years in Kathua

Kathua (J&K), May 09 (ANI): The residents of the Hiranagar sector in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, are thrilled to finally have a permanent road after 25 years, made possible by the return of peace along the Indo-Pak border. A 14-km road linking 22 villages is under construction with black toppings and drainage systems, utilizing modern machinery to ensure timely completion. This road will provide a vital connection from Jammu to the Punjab region.
