Karnataka: School students develop 'Smart Pot' for indoor planting

Dakshina Kannada (Karnataka), March 20 (ANI): Two students developed 'Smart Pot' to keep indoor plants alive. Hani HR and Arushi students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Mudipu developed a device for flower pot. It is the best solution for partial sunlight problem for indoor plants. The ‘Smart Pot’ aims to help the plant get ample sunlight for proper growth. When the plant needs sunlight, the pot will automatically move in its direction. "This pot has been made for indoor planting. Whenever the plant needs sunlight, it will automatically move and take the light and then the pot itself will come to its original position,” said the developer.
