Kirari fire: Delhi govt to give Rs 10 lakh to kin of deceased, says Satyendar Jain

New Delhi, Dec 23 (ANI): Speaking on the fire accident that took place in North-West Delhi’s Kirari area, Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain informed that a compensation of Rs 10 lakh each will be given to kin of deceased and Rs 1 lakh each to those injured in the accident. “A compensation of Rs 10 lakh each will be given to deceased and Rs 1 lakh each to those injured. Injured will be treated on government expenses. SDM inquiry into reason behind the incident to be conducted within 7 days,” the Delhi Health Minister said. At least nine people died after a fire broke out at a cloth godown in Kirari. The fire has been doused off and the injured have been admitted to Sanjay Gandhi hospital.
