Locals celebrate ‘Manju Virattu’ in Tamil Nadu’s Sivaganga

Sivaganga (Tamil Nadu), July 16 (ANI): The ‘Manju Virattu’ or bull race festival was celebrated in Tirupattur of Sivaganga district. Around 300 bulls participated in the festival. The COVID norms were violated during the celebrations. Due to the pandemic, the festival was not celebrated last year.
