Low-lying areas of Prayagraj inundated as water level rises in rivers Ganga, Yamuna

Prayagraj (UP), Aug 08 (ANI): As monsoon rains increase the water level in rivers Ganga and Yamuna, the low-lying areas of Prayagraj have been inundated. The district administration is on high alert. The Uttar Pradesh government asked all concerned officials to maintain a close vigil on the situation. People living in low-lying areas have started shifting to safer places
