Lt Governor Manoj Sinha launches mega plantation drive

Jammu, July 31(ANI): Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha on July 30 launched “Green J&K Drive-2021”. 1.30 crore saplings will be planted across the J&K under this drive. The Lt Governor planted a ‘cupressus’ sapling in the IIT campus to mark the launch of this mega plantation drive. The aim is to bring two-third geographical area of J&K under the forest and tree cover.
