Manipur Polls: Deputy CM Joykumar Singh casts vote in Imphal

Imphal (Manipur), Feb 28 (ANI): As polling for the first phase of Manipur Assembly Elections is underway in 38 Constituencies spread across five districts, Deputy Chief Minister and NPP candidate from Uripok, Yumnam Joykumar Singh on February 28 cast his vote at a polling booth in Naoremthong Upper Primary School in Imphal.
