Manipur Polls: State records nearly 33 pc voter turnout till 12:30 pm

Imphal (Manipur), Feb 28 (ANI): Nearly 33 per cent voting was recorded till 12:30 pm in the first phase of the ongoing Manipur Assembly Elections on February 28. “As of now, 33 per cent voter turnout is recorded. An incident of poll disruption has been reported in Keithelmanbi. This has led to a delay in polling process. EVM machine has been broken, we are examining whether to continue polls here today or go for a repoll,” said Rajesh Agarwal, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Manipur.
