Markets in Jammu witness footfalls after withdrawal of Section 144

Jammu, Aug 10 (ANI): A day after Section 144 was withdrawn from Jammu in wake of revocation of Article 370; locals started flocking the markets to get their daily essentials. Restrictions were eased in Jammu Municipal limits after security situation was found normal in the region. Several vendors and shopkeepers opened their shutters for the locals who started getting out of their houses. One of the shopkeepers told ANI that since the withdrawal of Section 144, people have started to come out, but it will take time for things to get normal.
