Minimum temp settles close to freezing point in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jan 17 (ANI): The intense cold wave conditions continued in Kashmir as the minimum temperature settled several degrees close to the freezing point. Kashmir Valley is currently under the grip of the 40-day harshest winter period known as 'Chilla-i-Kalan' which began on December 21.
