Moscow Hosts BRICS+ Drama Schools Festival Celebrating Global Theatre

Moscow (Russia), October 04 (ANI/ TV BRICS): A theatrical marathon unfolded in Moscow, bringing together artists from Russia, Belarus, Iran, India, the UAE, China, Indonesia, and South Africa for the BRICS+ Countries Drama Schools Festival. Over nine days, they presented their unique interpretations of the Chinese classic The Orphan of Zhao — a timeless tale of loyalty, sacrifice, and justice. Each delegation showcased its own heroes and national style, culminating in a powerful final performance. The play was staged in five languages — English, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, and Farsi — yet the audience heard just one universal language: the language of theatre. The festival became a vibrant space for cultural exchange, creativity, and mutual understanding among young artists.
