Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi celebrates Holi at his residence

New Delhi, Mar 21 (ANI): Union Minister for Minority Affairs, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi celebrated Holi at his residence. Dhol was played along with fascinating performance of ‘Kachhi Ghodi’ dance. People smeared colours on each other on the joyous occasion. The festival of Holi marks triumph of good over evil. The celebrations begin a day before with Holika Dahan. It also proclaims the arrival of the spring season.
