Musical folk event organised to revive Kashmiri culture

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Aug 04 (ANI): A folk show was organised in Srinagar to revive the classic culture and local heritage. The show enthralled the audience with its charm. The show folk was organised by Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Cultural and Languages (JKAACL) in collaborations with budding artists of Kashmir Valley. The show was organised at Kothi Bagh Girl’s Higher Secondary School Srinagar. The purpose of event was to provide a platform to young talents of the Valley who want to make a future in music. Such events prove to be useful for preserving cultural activities and attract people towards their heritage. People of different age performed on varying musical instrument.
