New Delhi, March 16 (ANI): Caretaker Chief Minister of Manipur N Biren Singh arrived at the Parliament to discuss new cabinet formation in state.“I have come to meet the Prime Minister and Home Minister,” said Manipur Caretaker CM N Biren Singh. "Yes," he said when asked if the formation of the new government in the state will be taken up for discussion.
