New Delhi, Dec 6 (ANI): A day after the reported civilians killing by security forces, the Nagaland state government prohibited all mobile internet, data services. Human rights and student groups from Nagaland held a candlelight vigil at Nagaland House in Delhi on December 06 over the death of civilians in an anti-insurgency operation that went awry in Mon district.
