Need to prepare for short, swift wars and long drawn standoff: IAF Air Chief Marshal Chaudhari

New Delhi, Apr 28 (ANI): Indian Air Force Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari on April 28 said that India requires preparedness for a lonapr28v25g drawn standoff similar to the eastern Ladakh situation. “In the force, space and time continuum, there would be a need for us to prepare for short and swift wars as well as be ready for a long drawn standoff akin to what we are seeing right now in eastern Ladakh. There will be a need to cater to resources bridging and transportation for both these contingencies,” he said.
