Nepal-born entrepreneur and LenDenClub Co-founder Dipesh Karki has credited India for playing a pivotal role in his entrepreneurial journey, while advocating for a stronger India-Nepal startup corridor. Speaking on expanding innovation across borders, Karki revealed that discussions with Nepal Rastra Bank are underway to launch a peer-to-peer (P2P) lending pilot in Nepal. He also emphasized unlocking the potential of India-Nepal remittance flows to enable cross-border credit through trusted financial partnerships. Calling for easier access to India's startup ecosystem, he urged institutions to support Nepali founders with networks, internships, and long-term opportunities. Karki encouraged young entrepreneurs to build from Nepal while targeting global markets, saying success stories should become a repeatable pathway rather than rare exceptions.
