Aurangabad (Bihar), Aug 02 (ANI): Panchayati Raj Minister of Bihar and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Samrat Chaudhary attended an event in Aurangabad where he stated that they are running a coalition government because the party (BJP) wanted to make a unit. He also said that Nitish Kumar became Bihar Chief Minister even after getting low votes in 2020 state polls. “We have a coalition government; it's not our independent government...It is very challenging for us to work in Bihar as four ideologies are working together. In such a situation, we have to tolerate many things,” said Bihar Minister Samrat Chaudhary. He further said, “We accepted Nitish Kumar as the Chief Minister even when he won 43 seats and we got 74 (in 2020 state polls). This isn't new. He was accepted as CM in 2000 even when he won 37 seats and BJP won 68-69, we needed to make the party, a unit.”
