New Delhi, July 24 (ANI): People were seen flouting COVID-19 guidelines at Ghazipur Sabji Mandi in Delhi on July 24. The Sabji Mandi was brimming with people without face masks. Delhi has total 585 active COVID-19 cases on July 24.
