New Delhi, Oct 05 (ANI): While addressing ‘India’s Quest for Strategic Autonomy, Opportunities and Challenges in the Emerging World Leader’ at Manekshaw Centre in Delhi, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan highlighted India’s transforming economy and said that the shift in India’s diplomacy from being non-aligned to exciting of strategic autonomy has been a gradual process, the extraordinary changes in past two decades has transformed India’s economy.
