Om Birla distributes blankets among poor near AIIMS

New Delhi, Dec 21 (ANI): Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla distributed blankets to people near AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences). Minimum temperature was recorded at 6.4 degree Celsius on December 20. Dense fog engulfed Delhi-NCR on the morning of December 20, resulting in cancellation of several flights.
