'Opportunity for us to see what's happening on ground': Parliamentarian Nathan Gill on J&K visit

New Delhi, Oct 29 (ANI): A delegation of European Union (EU) parliamentarians will soon leave for visiting Jammu and Kashmir from the national capital on October 29. The delegation of 27 EU MPs is scheduled to visit Kashmir today. Their visit will give them a clear view of the development and governance priorities of the J&K region. While speaking to ANI, the member of European Parliament from Wales, Nathan Gill said, “It is a good opportunity for us to go into Kashmir as a foreign delegation and to be able to see firsthand for ourselves what is happening on the ground.” This is the first visit by an international group in J&K since the Centre's move of abrogating Article 370.
