Panchayat members hope for development of rural areas after BDC election in J-K

Kathua (J-K), Oct 19 (ANI): As the state of Jammu and Kashmir is going to witness first- ever Block development Council (BDC) elections on October 24, Panchayat members hope that pace of development will further be enhanced after the polls. While speaking to ANI, Sarpanch of Panchayat Amala said, "Women are taking part in BDC election. And we can take an eye on money utilization." The BDC elections are due to be held for the first time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir on October 24.
