Peace march carried out in Ludhiana to mark Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th anniversary

Ludhiana (Punjab), Oct 02 (ANI): A massive peace march had been carried out in Punjab’s Ludhiana on October 2 to mark the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. Students from different schools participated in the peace march. During the march, Swachh Bharat Mission and ban on single-use plastic were also promoted. October 2, birthday of Mahatma Gandhi is observed as Peace and Non-violence day by UN.
