Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Jan 14 (ANI): On the occasion of Uttarayan, people flew kites and celebrated the festival with traditional gaiety in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on January 14. According to tradition, the festival marks the end of the winter solstice and the start of the sun's six-month-long journey.
