People shiver after Delhi records coldest morning of 2019

New Delhi, Dec 28 (ANI): Temperature in Delhi dropped to less than 3 Degree Celsius in early morning of December 28. Homeless took refuge in night shelters in harsh weather. Temperature of 2.4°C recorded in Delhi at 6:10 am, according to IMD. Delhiites also set up bonfires to keep themselves warm. Chilly weather is expected to continue in Delhi-NCR this week.
