People welcome PM Modi with cheers in Kanpur

Kanpur (UP), Dec 28 (ANI): People welcomed PM Narendra Modi with cheers as he walked up to the stage in Kanpur. He was there to inaugurate the completed section of the Kanpur Metro Rail Project. Uttar Pradesh will go under polls next year.
