PM Modi to address Joint Meeting of the United States Congress on June 22

Prime Minister Modi is all set to address an address Joint Meeting of the United States Congress on June 22 during his state visit to the country. PM Modi was invited by the leaders of the US Congress to address the joint meeting, which is one of highest honours Washington affords to foreign dignitaries. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy along with other major personalities signed the statement. This will be the second time that PM Modi will be addressing a joint meeting of the US Congress. PM Modi had previously addressed the joint session of the US Congress in 2016. PM Modi will visit the US on June 22 following an invitation from President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.
